Virtual Workshops for Mothers & Daughters

Book a Workshop

We're building a new way of learning

Science-based, Registered Dietitian-reviewed educational workshops that protect girls ages 8–18 from diet culture before it shapes how they see themselves.

Fuel Her workshops create the conversations girls deserve to have before confusing messages about food, bodies, and wellness become deeply rooted.

Through relatable education, social media examples, interactive activities, and support from Registered Dietitians, girls and mothers gain practical tools to navigate nutrition, body image, movement, and growing up with more clarity, confidence, and trust in themselves.

Here's what changes after a Fuel Her workshop:

What Mothers Walk Away With

I finally have the words. I used to change the subject whenever my daughter brought up food or her body. Now I know how to actually respond.

Jen L.

My daughter left the session talking about food completely differently. Less guilt and rules, she seems so much more confidence.

Liz W.

This is the conversation I wish someone had with me and my mom when I was growing up.

Mindy K.

I brought this to my bookclub and every single mother in the room said we need to do this every year.
