School nutrition programs typically focus on food rules and calorie education. Fuel Her is prevention-first, meaning we focus on body literacy, intuitive eating, social media myth-busting, and giving mothers and daughters a shared language for these conversations.

Who will work with us?

Fuel Her works with mothers, daughters, and the organizations and communities that bring them together. We offer sessions for both large organizations and smaller private groups, and we can work with mothers only, daughters only, or both together depending on what your group needs.

On the organizational side we work with NCL (National Charity League) chapters, Girl Scout troops, sororities, youth sports organizations (dance, gymnastics, swimming, etc.), school wellness programs, corporate ERGs (Employee Resource Groups), you name it. On the private side we work with small friend groups, families, and intimate community circles.
