Service Description

A 60-minute virtual session designed exclusively for small private groups of 8–15 girls ages 8–18. This is an intimate, honest space where girls can ask the questions they'd never ask in front of their whole grade, say the things they've been afraid to say out loud, and leave feeling seen, understood, and equipped, not lectured to. This session is for the girl who has been quietly absorbing messages about her body and food from social media, from friends, from diet culture, and nobody has ever sat down with her and told her the truth. Led by Elena Lombardi, this session speaks directly to girls in the language they actually hear; honest, real, and completely free of shame. Because the group is small, something different happens. Girls open up in ways they never would in a larger setting. They ask the real questions. They share the real worries. And they leave knowing they are not alone, and that there is nothing wrong with them. What this session covers: — What her body actually needs during puberty and why diet culture gets it completely wrong — How to recognize nutrition misinformation on TikTok, Instagram, and social media — What healthy actually means, and why it has nothing to do with restriction or rules — How to trust her body's hunger and fullness signals without guilt — Body image, comparison culture, and how to navigate what she sees online — How to talk to her mom and her friends about food and her body without shame Every session includes a live 10-minute Q&A with a credentialed Registered Dietitian. All content is evidence-based, RD-reviewed, and age-appropriate for girls ages 8–18.
