Service Description

A 60-minute virtual workshop bringing mothers and daughters together in the same room. The only prevention-first, science-backed experience of its kind designed specifically for this generation. Led by Elena Lombardi, this session gives mothers and daughters a shared language, shared knowledge, and a shared experience they can build on long after the workshop ends. Most programs talk to mothers or daughters separately. Fuel Her brings them together on purpose, because the most powerful thing a mother can do for her daughter is learn alongside her. When mothers and daughters hear the same information at the same time, something shifts. The conversation doesn't end when the session does. It continues on the drive home, at the dinner table, and every time diet culture tries to get in the door. This is not a lecture. It is not a clinical presentation. It is an honest, warm, interactive conversation led by Gen Z women who grew up with the same pressures your daughter is facing right now, and who know exactly how to speak to both generations in the same room without either one feeling talked at. What this session covers: — What her body actually needs during puberty and why most of what she's hearing is wrong — How to recognize nutrition misinformation on TikTok, Instagram, and social media — The specific words and phrases that accidentally create food shame at home, and what to say instead — How to talk about hunger, fullness, and intuitive eating in a way that builds trust instead of rules — Body image, comparison culture, and how to navigate what she sees online together — How to keep the conversation going at home, practical scripts mothers can use immediately Every session includes a live 10-minute Q&A with a credentialed Registered Dietitian. All content is evidence-based and RD-reviewed. Best for: NCL chapter teas and spring events, Girl Scout troops, school parent-daughter nights, youth sports organizations, sorority family weekends, and corporate ERG family programming. Group size: 60–120 attendees Format: 60 minutes, 100% virtual All sessions begin with a free 20-minute discovery call.
